Individuals who possess, and who have fully and freely at their disposal, a secured annual income, which is  high enough to provide them with a decent standard of living in Cyprus, without having to engage in any  business, trade or profession. The annual income required should be at least €9,568.17 per single applicant, and a further €4,613.22 at least, for every dependent person. Worth noting, however, is that the Immigration  Control Board may demand additional amounts, if deemed necessary. Most applicants fall under this  Category, as they are usually pensioners or retired persons.
